ArchiverSharePointService did not receive a reply within the configured timeout

So I try to go back to a point in time ...
which is yesterday morning ...

but I receive the error message in subject after 1 minute

how can I change the default timeout?

Polina apparently only the license admin can submit a ticket ... I'm waiting for feedback of my supplier
