Backing up Microsoft Teams

Hello,

Not sure what I am missing here, but I do not have the feature in "company A" to backup Teams. I do see this feature in "company B" and was able to backup their Teams just fine.

Is this a licensing thing or what?

Company A version 4.0.1.625 with NO available updates
Company B version 5.0.3.1033

Please update to V5.0. Teams Backup was introduced in version 5.0.

You can find all patches and thus the latest version in this KB. Please download and install v5 to have access to Teams backup options.
