Backup entire organization

I'm about to create only one backup job to backup the entire organization but have one quick question about this job. If I created the backup job to backup entire organization and run the job for first time. Then, I added new mailbox and SharePoint sites to the organization. These newly created user mailbox/SharePoint site will be included in the second run of backup job right? Do I need to do any other configuration to the backup job?
