Re: BackUp Error
Hi Christely, welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear about the issues with the backup of the mailbox -- while the message does not look good, I think let's allow the Support Team a chance to review the logs and develop an action plan based on their analysis. Please note that community edition cases are handled on a "best effort" basis.
Quick question, when you say client, are you referring to a customer?
Such customers must be licensed. It's against our EULA if any services (troubleshooting, consulting, implementation) are provided for a free Veeam product. https://www.veeam.com/eula.html (section 4)
Such environments can be licensed by our Rental License. That license type can be used by our Service Provider to license such single Veeam Agents from your clients.
The error unfortunately likely does indicate corruption of the local jet database, but such situations are typically best for the Support Team to review.
