This is very hard to tell before as it depends on multiple factors such as network connectivity, file sizes, amount of sites and if this is all in 1 site or multiple.

As Niels said, there's a vast variety of factors to consider; but to give you an idea - upon our recent tests, a full backup of a 1TB SharePoint site with 200K files takes about 11 hours. The subsequent increments will run way faster, even within minutes or seconds (depending on the amount of changes).
