Cannot change WebPart ExportMode to ‘All’

Post by rfn »

Hi,

We just started using Veeam Backup for Office 365 and the initial backup went fine, but I'm getting this error for two of our Sharepoint sites:

02/07/2020 08.55.25 :: Processing site https://xxxxxx finished with warning: Cannot change WebPart ExportMode to ‘All’. WebPart will be skipped (WebPart ID: 5a77e045-8f26-4878-8578-a221eb5c2c6b) :: 0:00:16

I did setup VBO to enable that ExportMode during configuration, so what can be done to fix this?

Hi René, if all is set up correctly it should work so I suggest you contact support for some insight on what is going wrong here. Could you open up a case and let us know the support case ID?

René,

In some cases, this property cannot be changed automatically or simply doesn't exist (see the Known Issues section in the Release Notes doc).

Hi guys, is there a way to suppress this warning? Many of my customers have similar warnings. Veeam 6.1.0.423

Processing site https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/CTM finished with warning: Cannot change web part export mode to ‘All’, because custom scripting is disabled for site: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/CTM. Web part will be skipped (web part ID: 216f878e-6775-466a-a263-2d04b58a7d4f, page: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/CTM/Ac ... ngreq.aspx)

Thanks, Marco

Hi Marco,

To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible; but I'll double-check.
