I've searched in these forums for any experiences using VBO365 sending backups to a deduplication appliance like ExaGrid or Data Domain or HP StoreOnce.
Since the format of VBO365 backups is different from Veeam B&R backups, and since the target is used to hold a Jet DB, not vib/vbk files, what are empirical or theoretical deduplication amounts achievable when a deduplication appliance is used?
Thanks for any pointers or leads.

Re: Dedup appliance target for VBO365?
Hi Tom, we do not advise using dedup devices as backup target. We store the backups in an EDB file (Exchange Database) which is not like the VBR format.
