Does WebPortal restore support SharePoint lists

Hi all,

While working with a client, we have observed that from web portal, the restore for SharePoint does not lists the list items.
We are able to see the list data in the SharePoint explorer, but the same path gets listed as empty in the web portal.

I have checked the documentation, and do not see any limitations listed for sharepoint lists.

The version is 7.1.0.1502

It doesn't look like any known issue. Please open a support case to let our engineers troubleshoot it.

Thanks, we have opened a case 07252822.

The data is accessible for other sharepoint lists, which are not as many as this one.
I think this is mostly related to handling of many lists.

The REST API log showed timeouts, so support has suggested to add timeout parameter in the config and proxy xml along with patching to latest version.

Have done these changes, waiting for my client to test as I cannot login to web portal.

We have this case 07268163 opened for more than a month.
And 3-4 weeks back, support confirmed that RnD is working on a fix, but post that there has been no much update from support.
The only update is that RnD is working on the fix.

Will appreciate if someone can please provide more details.

No fix was provided. Nothing in my email. Let me check your support portal.
I has happened few times that we have not received email updates from support. Not sure if it is something to do with our mail setup.
