Error after 2.0 to 3.0 upgrade

Post by SKratzTS »

4/5/2019 1:53:57 PM :: For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method.

I found this KB article: https://www.veeam.com/kb2821 but nothing in there makes the job work. It was working prior to the 2.0 to 3.0 update.

Best would be to let support handle this as it could either be related to the object being backed up or a potential hotfix.

Hi Sanch,

This problem was solved by the OP by following the mentioned KB (2821) and adding one additional line in that hosts file: 127.0.0.1 msoid.clientemailsuffix.com

Support will modify that KB as soon as possible.
Could you try the same and let us know?
Thanks
Mike
