Today I wanted to delete an organization on my m365 platform and always get the following error message.
Error message:
This request operation sent to net.tcp://127.0.0.1:9191/ Organization did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:10:00).
The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to /ContextChannel and setting the Operation Timeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.
How can I delete it if Microsoft has already removed the organization?
Yes, it is be possible. I run a test in my lab. Disabled internet access and removed one of my M365 organizations.
Please wait for our support team to answer in your case. There is no need to post a technical issue simultaneously (5 min after case creation) to this forum.
To fasten up your case processing, please always upload a current log package. It's missing in the case. And without logs, the first question from our support team normally will be to provide them with a current log package.
This should be investigated by our support team.
Probably there was something blocking it and a second restart was necessary to let VB365 complete the process. But that's only an assumption. The debug logs should tell us if the organization was removed cleanly before the first service restart. Ask your support engineer to investigate the cause with the help of the logs.
