Exchange Online Archiving

if we want to use Exchange Online Archiving, are all archives backed up with Veeam ?

VBO 365 can backup your archives:

Back in 2017, there was a discussion, that you can't backup an online Archive, if your primary mailbox is onpremise.
I'm not sure, if that has changed:

I Just had this question from a customer, that has a Hybrid solution, and want to know if there is support for backup of data in the MS Online Archive.
You say here, that there is.
Could you please be som kind, and provide me with a link to the documentation on this? So that we can ensure the customer, that we can support them.

Hi Gttrust,

We don't mention it in the documentation specifically. If something is NOT supported it's covered in the Considerations and Limitations section of the user guide, otherwise, we by default consider that the functionality is supported.
