Exclude Specific Folders When Exporting Mailbox via Get-VEXFolder (PowerShell)

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Get-VEXFolder export workflow in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and I want to export a mailbox while excluding certain folders.
Specifically, I’d like to export everything except permanently deleted items and the calendar.

Is there a way to apply exclusions (rather than inclusion filtering) when using Get-VEXFolder or during the export process in PowerShell?

Hi Deniz,

There's no such option to exclude certain folders from the entire mailbox export. Instead, you can export selected folders you need.
