We previously had Veeam Backup for MS365 v5 on server 2012. Changed environment by building a new Windows Server 2019 and installing same Veeam for MS365 version which then was upgraded to latest v7. Our question is how to migrate the historical data of all backups done under the old server to the new one.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I assume your old server has used a local disk repository? With adb files?
In that case, move the entire folder structure (important, keep the same structure) to the new server and add it as a repository:

Make sure that both services on your old backup server are disabled before moving the data to the new server:
- Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Service
- Veeam Backup Proxy for Microsoft 365 Service
Restore points will become available from the <right> click menu on the organization level:
