Failed to get folder. An Internal server error occurred
Im getting an error when trying to backup all of the mailboxes.
It says "Failed to get folder. An Internal server error occurred. The operation failed, Mailbox "Doe, John" doesn't have a valid license.
Anyone else getting this error? It seems to process mailboxes but then stops when getting to a mailbox that's not licensed and fails.
Thanks,
Paul

Paul,
Does that Doe John user have no valid license? What type of user is that?
Thanks
Mike

Re: Failed to get folder. An Internal server error occurred
I checked and the account is disabled in our AD. So, it appears the account synced up with 0365 but a license was not assigned to it because of the disabled account.
How do we get around this if others accounts have syned up without licenses?
Thanks again,
paul

Paul,
I will need to discuss this with our R&D team... I will try to get back to you as soon as possible... For now, you could manually select users and make sure the disabled accounts are not selected

Sounds good. That's what I have been doing by selecting individual and multiple accounts as a work around in the backup sets.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,
In the meantime it has been discussed. We probably will not have this fixed before GA, however, in one of our upcoming test versions there is already a difference. The job will continue with the other mailboxes but end with a warning. For GA we are looking in improving this
