Failed to initialize connection to backup server.
I recently replaced the beta with v1.5. Things were running fine, but I needed to reboot the server. After the reboot, I've been unable to open the program. I've confirmed that the services are running, but when I open the program, it sits black for about 1 minute then gives me an error "Failed to initialize connection to backup server." There is a longer write up about possibly changing the operation timeout, but it doesn't really explain how.

Hi Jerry,
that probably means there is somewhere something that doesn't get initialized
Please log a support call, post the case ID here and the follow-up after investigation with support

Doing some additional testing, I think it might be a Windows Firewall issue. I completely disabled the firewall and the program connected properly. I am going to try to create proper rules and reactivate the firewall and see if it works.
