Feature Request: add the possibility to supply a reason

When doing a restore with the web based restore portal you can supply a reason, when doing a restore in the console with the explorers there is no such option.
This reason is visible as the last column under History->Restore, or when retrieving audit records with restapi or with powershell.

Please add this to the console. We mainly use this to add a ticket number for example, this makes our compliance officer happy when reviewing audit logs.

Perhaps do something similar as with VBR that does have this option when doing console restores.
