Would be great if the status indicator (green check mark) could be broken into its own column; that way that column would be clickable to sort on status and see what's holding things up/remaining. Would be quite helpful for larger jobs. Thanks!

Can you try the following? In the console, uncheck all the status checkboxes from the action log. In this case, you'll only see the currently running tasks from the job action log:
