Feature Request: Reporting on user data

Post by tsanfilipp »

Unless there is a way that I'm not currently aware of using powershell, can we get a reporting function added somewhere down the line where we can see how much of a repository a specific user is actually using (percentage) and how much data they have written to the repository?

Pie chart, bar chart, simple percentage display. I'm not picky in how the output looks, just that we can get an idea as to how much data a user has stored in the database.

Correct, currently this is not possible. Out of interest are you asking this as a service provider or just for within your company?

Just within our company. I'd like to get a little more data out of the product. Hopefully, this kind of data will be available in the next update, whenever that is scheduled to be release.

Hi Tim,

Good request, thank you. We're on our way to extend VBO reporting capabilities and will take this idea for adding even more granularity in future.
Thanks!
