Feature request: Upgrade Backup Repository

Upgrade Backup Repository should be a flag during setup of VBO and should be enabled by default

(by the way, like the "update remote components" in VBR , and also in this case should be enabled by default, it isn't)

At the moment, I do not foresee any changes to the current mechanism, but we may consider such an improvement in the future.

Why you do not foresee any changes to the current mechanism if an update require also to upgrade the backup repository? Why not save time and avoid errors forgetting to upgrade the backup repository to IT Sysadmin?
