Full Backup for Min 7 Years

Greetings Support,

we just got the Veeam Backup installed for our O365 one month ago and all working fine. But this week we got a request from the legally department and I'm not sure if this is possible or no on Veeam.

Request: we will need to keep minimum 7 years of backup history for our Exchange and SharePoint
my question: is this doable on Veeam? because as per what I understood we can keep maximum 30 days of incremental backups beside the full one time backup.

Please let me know

You can configure the retention period on the backup repository to 7 years and it will store the data for that period of time (see https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=40). I am not sure where you got the information on the 30 days?
