Hi all,
We're seeing Veeam give errors for guest accounts. These are guest accounts registered in our tenant but that are external email accounts.
Processing mailbox "guest account" failed with error: Unspecified error
This is the first time I've see this with these type of accounts. Before I open a case, is there any setting I should be selecting to for Veeam to ignore these accounts in the first place?

Hi Daithi,
v4 doesn't provide any options to suppress such errors. In the next release, we're going to fix this by skipping guest accounts from processing.
