How to bypass the internet proxy?

I need to configure the internet proxy for the VBO backup server but I have to bypass the internet proxy for Veeam Proxy servers to connect to the local object storage (Scality). Please let me know how to configure it. I found the kb below but it doesn't seem to work...

You can configure the usage of an internet proxy per Veeam Proxy as described in the user guide.

Thank you for your help. I am sorry that I posted an incorrect question. I wanted to ask is:
I need to configure the internet proxy for the VBO backup server but I have to bypass the internet proxy for adding the local object storage (Scality). I can not add the local object storage repository if I set the internet proxy on the general option because local object storage. Therefore, I think I need to configure an internet proxy bypass for the specific target URL (Scality Service Point). I found the kb below but it doesn't seem to work...

If it doesn't work, please create a support call. This should work actually, as one of the first requests was specifically for object storage.

Post the support case ID here for follow-up, and the outcome after research of our engineers
