I cannot restore files from one drive

Hello,

I am testing veeam for office 365.
I can make backups of sharpoint sites, mailboxes and one drive.
I can restore one or more mails in a box, files from sharepoint sites but not files from users' one drives. I can just download them locally.
I directly got this error when launching the restore: cannot connect to office 365 see log file for details.
I have checked the rights many times
