As per the VBO Used Ports link it shows "Veeam Backup for Office 365 Components" to Veeam Backup for Office 365 Server thru port 9191.
Can anyone explain to me what does Veeam Backup for Office 365 Components here referring to? Is it VBO Proxy server? Or is it the Microsoft Office 365 URL/IP address range?
Because my environment here currently doesn't allow any inbound connection. So just trying to know whether this VBO components referring to any internet connectivity.

If you are running VBO service on different servers, then 9191 is needed for them to communicate. The M365 URL/IP address range is something else.
The internet connectivity that is needed:
Every proxy server needs access to M365 over 443 and access to the veeam auto-update server (also 443)
