Initial full back seems to be hung on last empty sharepoint site

I am doing the first full backup of our tenant. It has backed up 232.1GB and completed 34 of 35 objects, but seems to be hung on the last one, which is an empty share point site

It has been sitting there with the amount and number of items not incrementing for a few hours, what is the best thing to do?

Hi Daryl,

Can't be certain without investigating the logs, but it seems like a known bug which already has a hotfix. Please contact our support, and post your case ID in this thread.
