Initial O365 Backup Ingestion

So over the past couple months I've been slowly adding new users/onedrive/teams to our initial ingestion for O365 so the system wouldn't get overwhelmed. Now that I'm nearly done with the entire org, are there any issues with me toggling the 'entire organization' option on for the job? I just want to make sure it doesn't have any adverse affects in doing so to the objects that are already backed up since the current job everything is manually checked.

No, it should not be an issue if the data goes to the same repository. We will see that the data is there, and continue to work incremental.
