Jet Error -1013 JET_errOutOfCursors, Out of table cursors
Hello!
Case ID: # 04192356
We have a Problem with VBO 365 3.0.0.422. Single Server (all Components + also a VBR 9.5 U4 Installation) Windows Server 2016 Std.
>150 Mailboxes backuped.
Yesterday it stopped working with this Jet Error message (see Topic).
Veeam support told us to change a proxy setting in the proxy.xml. (Storage MaxCursors Parameter)
Now the result the job can not be start -> ProxyAdmin did not receive a reply in the configured timeout (00:01:00)
Any ideas? Complete Server Reboot?

Not directly. I think it is best to keep working with support now as they can look into the logs

Good morning, same issue here with the Error 1031.
I already got an replay from the support last night with the instruction make change in the proxy.xml. But in the text itself I cannot see how... see below original text from support.
"Hello,
thank you for contacting Veeam Support. My name is Moncef and I will be making first contact. Someone from your region will then take over.
In regards to the issue at hand
Reason: This is common to crop up when deleting files to keep up with repository retention or some other Jet Cursor Limitation burdensome tasks, and may as a result have Jet replay logging to go through for the Repository.adb. The fact that we could have Jet replay logs to even go through - can be from extraneous errors or events like a hard shutdown at an inopportune time. When this happens (replay logging present or not) it is also usually related to lower performing bottleneck like CPU, RAM, or Disk IOPS performance (See: Disk Queue in Perfmon or Resource monitor).
Fix/Workaround: Make sure the server is using the recommended minimum resources for the Veeam Office 365 server and Proxies. If the issue persists we can increase the number of cursors open with the following proxy XML edit.
Edit Proxy XML:
Stop all Veeam Office 365 servicesPath to "%programdata%VeeamBackup365proxy.xml"Copy this Proxy.xml off to a new path for a backup of the working xml fileEdit the Proxy.XML with the between and as shown below. If the storage tags do not exist add them between the and tags
Start the servicesRun the job and monitor the job
Let us know how it goes."

You have missed to copy some text or veeam has it removed 

Edit the Proxy.XML with the between and as shown below
