License Montly usage report

Hello,

On FAQ license for O365 (https://www.veeam.com/backup-microsoft- ... 5-faq.html) we can read "Please note that shared and resource mailboxes do not need to be licensed and can be backed up FREE of charge"

I notice that our shared and resource mailboxes appears in the license monthly usage report.

Something in wrongly setup in our organization? We hare to remove shared and resource mailboxes manually from the report?

Hi Eric,

They shouldn't consume a license and if you see this issue, please contact support to investigate. Once you get a case ID, please post it in this thread for follow-up.

Can you also specify which version are you running?

One more question - are those mailboxes licensed in O365?

Status in "Microsoft 365 admin center" is "Unlicensed" for shared and resource mailboxes.
