License renew

Hello,
our Veem Backup for Microsoft Office 365 license (Ver 5.0.3.1060) is expiring in a few days. We have just bought the new one (file.lic).
Would there be any difference between installing it before the expiration date, or installing it after expiration during the grace period?

No, if you install the new license within the grace period, everything is fine.
If you have renewed the same license and you have checked the Update license automatically option, it should be already updated for you in the software.
