Does Veeam Backup for M365 supports deploying in Google Cloud Platform for both the Veeam Backup Server/Proxy and the object storage?

No, not at this point in time. While we tested this (GCP is in the end S3 compatible in the back-end) we are being throttled which leads to errors and potential data loss. We have no visibility when we can support this at the moment
