Mail item data export failed

hi ,

When i start a backup job for my mailbox , the job failed with this error

failed with error: Mail item data export failed. Fin de fichier inattendue. Les éléments suivants ne sont pas fermés : m:Data, m:ExportItemsResponseMessage, m:ResponseMessages, m:ExportItemsResponse, s:Body, s:Envelope. Ligne 1, position 202350. :: 0:20:00
But when i open the repository , i have some files name adb , adbres , adbtemp , i can't open them with the veeam explorer , and also have reduced the number of threads and the bandwidth
Can somebody know how to solve this .

I have already created an ID on the support , ID is 05603667 for the community edition of vbo.

I checked your case. Looks like you are facing connection issues to M365. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
Check within your network devices if you had connection failure while the backup was running.
Otherwise wait for our support to analyze the logs. We cannot do that over the R&D forums.

If you use a disk based backup repository, your backed up data is stored in this adb files. You don't need to open them with the explorer. You can restore the data directly in the VB365 console:
