Mailbox not found when restoring data by using the Desktop App

Hi,

we are using Veeam for Microsoft 365 to backup our whole organization in microsft 365 / azure with all the SharePoint-, OneDrive- and email data.
I am also able to discover all the restore points, but when i am trying to recover data by using the desktop app, i receive an error message, that the mailbox does not exist. I am using an azure administration account, that did not have an Office 365 licence.

A recovery that i make by using the self service website works fine, but i am not able to recover groups, only users.

Does the user, that i am using to revover data over the desktop app, needs an office 365 licence?
The user ist the same, that i am using to connect to the organization and to backup the data.

Can you confirm that the user has the required permission?
