Mailbox Protection Report
Hi guys
I have removed an email account from the backup batch but it still shows in the Mailbox Protection Report, but also says that the date of the last backup was the 15th while the other accounts say 21st, on todays report.
I have double checked and already removed that account from the backup, but is still showing on the Mailbox Protection Report...
Anyone wonder why?

Re: Mailbox Protection Report
Because it‘s protected in the backup repo.
Data wont be deleted, if you remove a user from the backup job. Do you have used this command?
Remove-VBOEntityData
If yes, then it could be that the mailbox protection reports shows historical data and not what is actually in the backup repo.

Re: Mailbox Protection Report
Mildur is correct. Unless you have specifically removed the data from the backup repository, it will remain there until the retention for that specific data is over.
