I'm restoring a 17 GB mailbox with 81000 items . its been running almost 48 hours at speeds ranging from 2-10 Mbps upload.
Why is it taking so long? It cant be specifically due to bandwidth and does it have to do with the way Veeam restores the data and or compares it to what is currently in the mailbox?
Any thoughts here?

Re: mailbox restore is suuuuper slow
It could be EWS Throttling. You can disable the throttling for a short time:

If that's not help, please open a support case. Veeam Support can analyze the logs and help you out
