Manage deleted users
Hello,
I try to perform some test and I have an issue with deleted users.
Scenario :
I create user and assign license.
Backup is OK
I remove the user.
I have warning for Mailbox, OneDrive and Exchange about the user is not found.
For exchange and OneDrive it will not be an issue because I use dynamic group and if user doesn't have 'active license' it will not be in the group.
However for Sharepoint I use the Organization and here, I will have an issue.
Maybe the solution is to have a dynamic group to identify all non licensed user and exclude them on the Sharepoint job ?

Re: Manage deleted users
Update : It can't works because deleted users can't be inside dynamic group...
How can I handle this ?
100% mandatory to remove the personnal sharepoint website when I delete an user ?
=> I don't want to select Sharepoint site because there are often new website and not a good way to update the Veeam job so often. For sure, customer will forget to update it.

Customer chose the solution to backup all the organization and exclude personnal sites.
However, I'm curious to know what would be your recommendation about my initial question

Hi matteu,
I'm afraid there's no easy solution to automate exclusions of personal sites for deleted users. Dynamic groups are an option though, and you may want to check a similar discussion on the matter in this thread: post512190.html#p512190
Thanks!
