We have v7 installed, latest update/path available, but vulnerability scanning shows outdated VBR components.
This seems to be the Explorers.
Can we update the Explorers in a v7 VBO installation with the latest Explorers from v8 VBO? If so how?
And if not, other suggestions?

Re: manually update Explorers?
Hi Alex,
Individual updates or installations of VB365 Explorers are not supported. The only exception is in scenarios where you have Veeam Backup & Replication installed on a tenant backup server.
Please also note, V7 is no longer supported as of the end of June 2025 (Product Lifecycle Policy). You should consider to update your entire installation to our latest release (v8.1.2).
Best,
Fabian
