Maximum count of operator restore sessions

One of our customers has be receiving the following error: The maximum count of operator restore sessions reached.

How do we avoid this error? Can this maxim be increased and if so how?

As far as I am aware, there was not a maximum count. We tested an x amount (the number escapes me) at the same time, but I didn't know there was a hard limit. I will ask further and discuss it internally with the team and try to let you know something asap

Hi Chris,

In the Portal, each restore operator can run just one restore session for a specific workload (Exchange, SharePoint, etc) at a time. The error you see indicates that there was an attempt to initiate, for example, another Exchange restore session in parallel while there's one already running.

For example, this error may occur if you try to simultaneously start a restore of items from primary and archive user mailboxes.

We're now looking for ways to resolve this limitation in the next version.

Thanks Polina, this makes sense because the customer was experiencing throttling that was causing very lengthy restore times and so would be attempting to run other restores whilst current ones were still running.
