Our Partner is dealing with such a thing here.
In the new version of backup for Teams, it is already necessary to pay Microsoft licenses for the API interface for backing up the chat in Teams.

The only thing they don't know is how Veeam has it done, whether messages in the chat are backed up incrementally or not, that is, so that the client does not pay every month for the backup of the same messages.
