Hello,
for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, regarding license revoking, in FAQs is wrote:

Veeam counts managed mailboxes with at least one restore point created in the past 31 days. If you do not archive a mailbox for 31 days, its license will be revoked and can be applied to another mailbox.

So if today i remove a mailbox from a job and add another mailbox to the same job, Veeam assign another license to the new mailbox, not use the previous just released. It will revoke the licens just then 31days.
My company will need to revoke licenses faster to avoid buying a license upgrade and then returning to the previous license after 31 days, just because for these 31 days Veeam still allocate licenses for mailboxes that we do not back up anymore.
Please let me know if i was not clear.
Regards, Niccolò Freddo

Re: NEW FEATURE REQUEST - Manually revoke license until 31 d
Hi Niccolo,
Understood. Today this is not possible (the manual revoke). We will discuss internally and see what the possibilities are for the next version
Thanks
Mike
