We are having problem with installing new microsoft 365 backup on the same server as we installed veeam backup 12.3 (fresh install).
Unable to connect to the specific server.

Did you follow this kb article: https://www.veeam.com/kb4638 you have to make some changes to the progreSQL if installing on the same server as Backup and Replication. In our case this was the solution.
