Great,I cannot create a case for Veeam 365 backup; all other options are available. Is there another way to obtain the hotfix?.

Problem appeared on last Friday (and already related) and the number of impacted mailboxes (and archive mailboxes), always in a single organization until now, is increasing.
I don't open a case unless it's the only way to get the hotfix

Hi.
Anybody knows how to fix this issue ? I have this problem on over 70-thy mailboxes ( standard and archive ) and want to fix it as soon as possible.
I've tryied to recrate organization, new backup job, verified EXO settings and nothing....

Please open a support case to get the hotfix. The hotfix is intended for the latest version 7.1.0.1401 - make sure your VB365 installation is up to date and ready for installing the fix. @mb1811 you need first to upgrade your installation to the latest v7a.
The hotfix will be available publically with the next cumulative patch, but we need more time to prepare and release it. Hope for your understanding.

Opened a case (took less than 60 seconds) > Got hotfix (within 1.5hrs after opening case) > Applied hotfix (<5) > Issued Resolved

updated to the latest version of VeeamO365 Friday and initially backups seemed to go OK, but now about 90% of my accounts are throwing the unknown opcode found:4 error
I'm already on powershell 5.1 and am still getting the issue. multiple retrys are also not working.

To be clear, the issue is not due the latest Veeam version that you have upgraded to, but due to a change in the Microsoft 365 backend that was implemented this past Friday.

We started getting this on a couple of tenant jobs on 1/19 and every day since. Retry is not clearing it for us. We've also installed the latest patch and no help there.
