No OneDrive Data in Backup

Case #05215730
I have a successfully backup of the entire Organization, but have no OneDrive data available for restore!
I am using the latest patched version available of VBO365.

Hi @Liberta

Just to be clear, you are backing up the entire organization (chosen in the wizard) and users/ sites/ teams and so on are being protected. But when you rightclick on the job, and choose restore, you cannot see the "Explore latest OneDrive state of... " like shown here: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=50?

Hi Mike
I can see the "Explore latest OneDrive state of... " but the date is very old.
I added a few files to one drive and did a full backup, but no data for restore!

I have now enabled SharePoint Plan, it is now working (don't know why it was disabled)

Thanks for letting us know. This indeed can be one of the cases. Can't believe I didn't think about checking the most simple thing. My bad, but glad it is solved.
