I've just created a storage usage report and found out that it does not contain any data prior to the day we performed the v8 update. But only for some of the tenants.
Is this a known problem?

I'm aware of known issues for Get-VBODataUsage. But I couldn't find one related to your description.
If you open a case with customer support and provide them with your logs, we can investigate whats going on.
