Not all SharePoint sites appear on the option to add on the backup job

Hi, I am testing the Veeam Backup for MS O365 community edition which has 10 free user license.
On the backup job I am trying to add SharePoint sites. On the Select objects I can see list of SharePoint sites, however there are few sites which is not appearing on the list. I have tried searching by the keyword but it doesnt appear at all. These are mixture of classic & modern team sites.

Any help on this would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi,

Basically, there're two main reasons why sites can be missing in the listing: 1) they're in a different domain2) they're in a multi-geo tenant and have been moved to a different geo location.

Did you try looking for the missing ones across the subsites? There's a small trick - searching subsites by a keyword doesn't work until you expand the root site node.

Hi Polina,
Those sites are on same tenant domain (mydomain.onmicrosoft.com) and its not multi-geo tenant.

I have expanded the root site when searching.
