o365 mailbox backup fail | Object ref. not set to...
I upgraded my license (more licenses added).. then after that I am seeing a lot of the below errors. Not ALL users.. but many.
Processing mailbox username@domain.com failed with error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. :: 0:01:26
What could've happened and how do I fix it?
I am running 6.0.0.385

Hi Symbiot,
It seems weird to me that upgrading licenses give you this error.
Please note that we already have newer versions (see here: https://www.veeam.com/kb4106)
But if you cannot upgrade yet, please create a support call. Object reference not set to... is one of these errors which can mean a lot of things so the engineers will have to dive into the logs.
Please let us know the support case # and resolution here after that

I agree. .. it seems rather weird.. but can be a coincidence.
if I check for updates in the backup console it says I am up to date.
I will try to download the newer versions and see if it helps.. will revert back here.

Did you by any chance change the domain membership of your VB365 server? I've once had this case and the errors appeared after a while when new users were added to the backup jobs

@regnor - no i didn't .. but good thought.
The solution was ... or is:
re-authenticate everything against o365
run full sync on each job using:
Get-VBOJob -Name "Whatever the name of your job is" | Start-VBOJob -RunAsync -Full
