I have a user that for some reason veeam says they could not find their mailbox. one drive or personal site? I know they have it cause I talk to them. when my jobs finish it will say Exchange account was not found, OneDrive was not found, Personal Site was not found with a long ID string after. what could I do to fix this?

Hi Michael and welcome to Veeam forums!
Can you confirm that the user is properly licensed in M365 and their mailbox, OneDrive, and personal site are accessible in M365?

Yes, I have checked the admin center and they have an E3 license and are using Onedrive. The personal site I don't really care about as much as the mailbox and OneDrive.

There's one more thing to check: if this user has an active SharePoint Online plan. VB365 requires it to back up SharePoint and OneDrive users' data.

They have an E3 License if that helps.

Hi Michael,
In the M365 Admin Center, go to the Active Users tab, click on Ryan's account and navigate to the 'Licenses and apps' tab; expand the 'Apps' section and make sure that Exchange Online and SharePoint Online plans are enabled for this user:

In such a case, I'd suggest opening a support case and troubleshooting the issue with our engineers. Please also post your case ID here for the follow-up.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Office 365 backup issue
Praveen.sharma, one way that started to help me was to take those not backing up and create a separate job for them and let them run. Mine ran so there was backup data for them. After the job or jobs have been completed you can put them back in the original job and let them run. If they still don't leave them in the separate job. My issue that was my fix was for some reason the user that was not backing up was using an account that had no license but was an alias. After fixing that and double checking that it didn't change I was good to go.
