On prem server cloud storage

Hi.

Have a question from a customer regarding backup configuration.
We have looked at:

* On prem backup - both server and backup repository
* Cloud based both server and backup repository
* On pre server and cloud repository.

The two first is OK - but with the last one - will the backup data go directly from Cloud to cloud storage - or will it have to go thru the backup server.
Or must the configuration include a proxy server in the cloud?

Will the all control data be sent to the on prem server?

Hi Tore,

Data goes through a backup proxy, and for the 3rd scenario, you can keep the backup server on-prem and deploy a remote proxy in the cloud.
