OneDrive backup failure being emailed as Warning

I've just spotted that one of my VBO365 backups is marked in the console as Failed. I went back to check the daily emails, and the error is in the attachment, but the email is marked as Warning instead of Failure.

Is this by design, as it sounds like a bug.

Then please create a support case with your findings, and our support will be able to tell if it's a bug or not.
If you post the case number, I can take a look at the case from our Side.

Most likely there is an infected file (or similar) which we can't download so it will be marked as a failure. It is already a long discussion whether we should mark this as a warning or error, but in essence I think you should certainly investigate the file and remove it if needed

Hi Mike. The underlying issue was a zip file with some old insecure code in, and we've already sorted that. It's a shame we have to dig deep into the log files to get the file information required though.

But, my original post was about the two different alert levels for the same problem. The GUI alerts as failed, but the emails alert as warning. This really needs to be consistent across both views.

Personally, I wouldn't raise this as a failure as 99% of the backup is successful.
