OneDrive Backup of "Online-Files" possible?

Hi,

is it even possible to backup OneDrive "Online Files" (Files/Folders that have a blue Cloud Symbol) of a User?
Or did i just missed something?

If you create a backup job to back up a OneDrive accounts those files will be backed up. The blue Cloud Symbol just means that they are synced to OneDrive online which isn't relevant for the backup as this means they are synced so available for us.

Is there a reason why These Files are not visible in VeeamExplorer?
I just made a Backup of my OneDrive. In VeeamExplorere i Can see the Folder Structure but None of the "Online Files"

Could you tell me the retention you have configured on your backup repository?

The actual Setting is Item-Level and 5 Days

Could it be you are using "Item-Level Retention"? This would mean you will only see files that have been modified between now and 7 days ago. If no file has been modified, it makes sense you don't see anything.

If you want to use 7 day retention and see everything regardless of how old it was, I suggest you use Snapshot-Based retention.
