OneDrive/Sharepoint backup availability
Hello
as I understand you will be providing support for backing up OneDrive and Sharepoint content in Office 365 ind a future release... Any ideas on when these features will be available?
thanks...

Re: OneDrive/Sharepoint backup availability
Hi Rasmus,
We announced this as a teaser on our VeeamON event. It will be available in our next major update (v2). But before v2, we will have v1.5 first. I won't give any guarantees (We only release when the product is ready for production) but we expect this to be end of Q4 this year or Q1 next year

Re: OneDrive/Sharepoint backup availability
Hi,
Just a quick question as I don't see it explicitly covered in the published FAQs. As Veeam Backup for Office 365 is licensed on a subscription basis, what happens when version 2 is released?
I understand with perpetual licenses and maintenance it would be tied to specific versions, but what happens with subscription/non-perpetual?
Thanks in advance.

Hi James,
First: Welcome to the forums!
As far as I know if you have an active subscription, you will be able to update. But those conversations for licensing in v2 have just started and that will likely only be known close to the release so it might take quite some time before we know that.
Cheers
